Like so many other businesses we learnt from the pandemic that bricks & mortar are not everything and that we can continue to provide an excellent service without all our staff being permanently based in the office, through embracing technology and adopting more flexible working practices.  We believe this provides a more accessible service for our clients and a better work-life balance for our staff.

As a result our offices are not manned all the time and we encourage you to contact us via the message box on our website or by email in the first instance, or you can telephone us. Please leave a message if we do not answer - we will get back to you!

If you do need to come to the office either for a face to face appointment or to leave papers, our Ruislip office is generally manned between 9 am and 1 pm Tuesday - Friday.  Please contact us first to check - we wouldn't want you to have a wasted journey!  We can see you at other times by prior arrangement.

Our Beaconsfield office is a consulting room only and appointments can be accommodated there at most times by prior arrangement.
