Very often there is no clear line between what falls within the definition of HR and what is employment law, but with us it really doesn’t matter. Our service is so flexible that wherever the two services meet, the join will appear seamless.

If your organisation already has a Human Resources department, they will be in contact with us as and when they need our help we will provide a service that responds to their needs, taking account of the fact that they are professionals already working in this field.

If you do not have HR professionals within your organisation it is not a problem at all.
